I’ve been a fan of ‘daruma’ since the first time I went to Japan in 2007, I usually buy them as gifts for others but never for myself. Conceptually it’s easy, it’s just a round vase with a foot on the bottom. Painting it will require a bit of dexterity, but if it all works out, I don’t think I could buy a more preferable piece for everyday use.
